Fees

Appointments are charged at £120 per 50 minute session. 

Fees are to be paid 48 hours prior to an initial appointment and on invoice for all other appointments. 

Health Insurance

Xena Anderson is a registered provider for:

• Aviva
• VitalityHealth
• WPA
• BUPA
• Allianz
• AXA

In addition, Xena Anderson is also a registered provider for Milton Keynes Council. 

Before accepting a client, Acorn Psychological Services must agree with the health insurer on the number of sessions, type of work, and fees. Once confirmed in writing, Acorn Psychological Services will contact the client to schedule appointments.

Clients may need to pay an excess or make top-up payments directly to Acorn Psychological Services. The client will be notified in advance to the work starting if this is required. Payment should be made by bank transfer within 7 days of notification, quoting the invoice number.
